Flight Villa was a distinct experience for our firm in defining a new practice on Roof design in humid and pluvial climate. By applying numerous alternatives, we decided to choose a reverse method in this project which reminded a flying bird. Since the client insisted on privacy of spaces, we allocate ground floor to public activities such as kitchen and a wide salon for parties and gatherings. On first floor we located three bedrooms and a sitting room each has a private terrace. The project divided in two level: ground floor with grey cement and black metals and first floor with white cement which is the signature of pahlavi villas in north and some wooden textures that merged these surfaces together.
